The Careers Leader Strategy
The Careers Strategy 2017, requires that all schools and colleges have appointed a Careers Leader by September 2018. We can support Careers Leaders in this roles.
We hold the matrix standard. The standard is a unique quality standard for organisations to assess and measure their advice and support services, which ultimately supports individuals in their choice.
Quality in Careers Standard
We are one of the 12 providers nationally who can externally assess school CEIAG programmes and accredit them with the Quality in Careers Standard Award.
We are the official STEM Ambassador Hub for Staffordshire and Shropshire.
We support schools to meet their statutory responsibilities helping them to provide independent and impartial information, advice and guidance to pupils.
We support young people to develop employability skills, resulting in sustained education, employment or training.
We support adults to develop their employability skills in order to gain employment and to progress within their careers.
Careers Leader Training
We offer Careers Leader training to support the strategic lead to develop an effective Careers Guidance programme in their school or college.
