Rescue One Zero
Get in touchBlending outdoor education, personal development and sport, Rescue One Zero is an all new, action packed team building event for pupils at Key Stage 2.
Delivered at your school, the programme is specifically designed to complement your existing PE curriculum. The day offers an exciting, fast paced combination of challenge, learning and adventure.
The day also contains an element of Continued Professional Development (CPD) training for school staff. Having learned a number of effective team building techniques from the Entrust instructors, teaching staff will then be able to take these skills with them to develop further.
Fun challenging activities
Working as members of an elite Crisis Response Team, pupils will spend the day tackling a series of fun, practical team building tasks and challenging problem solving activities, all of which serve as a powerful vehicle for personal development.
Over the space of the day, pupils will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of interpersonal skills including:
- Communication
- Collaboration
- Co-operation
- Decision Making
- Problem Solving
- Perseverance
- Resilience
- Reflective Learning.
Missions
Pupils will spend the morning undergoing basic training, working in small groups on physical and mental challenges. Catastrophe strikes in the afternoon, at which point teams spring into action - tackling a series of missions and putting into practice the skills learned in the morning sessions.
