Capita Entrust opens registration for its first recruitment and retention conference

Capita Entrust is delighted to launch its first recruitment and retention conference, taking place on the 11^thof March 2025 at Capita Entrust headquarters in Stafford.

Recruitment and Retention is a critical issue for the Education sector, recent figures indicate a concerning trend towards missed recruitment targets and a higher number of teachers leaving the profession. In previous years, almost 40,000 teachers left state schools for reasons other than retirement. 

The conference will address these issues experienced by the sector and will take delegates through a journey of the employee life cycle, providing insights on how to attract, recruit, engage and retain staff.

Experts from Edurio, Now Teach, Irwin Mitchell and the DfE’s flexible working programme ambassadors will be sharing their insights and experiences throughout the day in the form of keynote presentations and workshops.
