MAT Property Audit and Assessment

Entrust can attend any of the schools joining your MAT to assess the condition of the building. Our team of experienced surveyors are able to carry out an audit of the building, including:

• Building plans
• Condition surveys
• Asbestos
• Supply of gas
• Electric, water and other utilities / fuel.

A summary report of due diligence will be provided, including an analysis of current arrangements to advise MATs of all relevant information prior to joining. The report can support with planning your School Condition Allocation (SCA) or support with Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) funding applications. 

MATs with at least five academies and more than 3,000 pupils receive a formulaic allocation to invest across their estate. Entrust can assist you with your SCA by providing tailored strategic asset management and planning advice to help you ensure that your SCA is effectively utilised.

Asset management / Strategic Planning

Entrust offer a fixed price 4-year Service Level Agreement (SLA) which includes the condition surveys and CAD plans. An executive summary report is produced which supports a five-year strategic plan.
